Guanli F4U Corsair

Guanli F4U Corsair
My first Warbird and it was too much for me to handle. RC Warbirds require more weight up front and has a tendency to wing-stall at slow speeds. After some two weeks of tests and adjustments, I decided to go for it. The maiden flight took off okay so I got to experience flying this classic military aircraft.. nice. Alas, the landing was way too fast and that meant *kplat* with a broken nose. Piloting error no doubt. The nose repair did not worked out and it was decommissioned. From Maiden to Retired from Service all in one day! There are many versions of the Corsair on the market, famed for its beautiful lines and inverted gulwings. If the opportunity ever arise for you to have a go, do not hesitate to fly it!
